❓ Where are you based?
We are based in Nairobi, Kenya but available to perform anywhere in the world.
❓ How many band members perform?
A full Bana Mazembe show features up to 8 performers including vocalists, guitarists, saxophone, keys, bass and drums.
❓ What events do you perform at?
Weddings, concerts, festivals, corporate events, private parties, club nights and international tours.
❓ How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events. For international bookings, 2-3 months is ideal.
❓ Do you play original music or covers?
Both! We have original compositions as well as covers of classic Rhumba and Lingala songs from Congolese legends.
❓ Can you perform internationally?
Yes! We are available for international performances. Contact us with your location and we will discuss travel logistics and pricing.
